The defensible scaffolding behind the BOQ — A-series working docs and per-WBS-leaf module instances.

This is the bookkeeping that makes the BOQ defensible. I authored each working doc (A1 I/O list, A2 equipment takeoff, A3 cable schedule, A4 panel schedule, etc.) and one module instance per WBS leaf. Most of these are YAML structured data, not customer-facing prose — they exist so every BOQ row has a citation back to a quantity that was reasoned, not guessed.
