## CLARIFICATIONS / ASSUMPTIONS — Bidder's interpretive position

These items reflect the bidder's interpretation of ambiguities in the bid documents. Where TOR/specs are silent or conflicting, the bidder takes a defensible position and discloses it; customer can adjust at evaluation.

| ID | Statement |
|----|-----------|
| **A-103** | Workstation monitor: **32" LED Full HD** per BOQ row 1123.2.8.A. Spec §1123.2.8.A says 24" — the BOQ value (32") governs in this proposal. (Q-015 raised; trivial cost delta either way.) |
| **A-104** | UPS sizing: **2 kVA / 1.6 kW online double-conversion** per ANNEX_C1 §1123.2.8.E. Runtime 15-30 minutes per spec. |
| **A-106** | L2 industrial Ethernet switches: **separate per discipline** (FDAS + ACS each have their own switch at OCC + FCCR — 4 switches total). VLAN-shared alternative possible if customer prefers; no cost impact. |
| **A-201** | Phase-1 station-to-OCC connectivity uses ROTEM IP-MPLS backbone for primary FDAS + ACS data per Resp. Matrix. No long station-to-OCC cable run in our cable schedule. |
| **A-301** | Production-rate modifiers per Op#11: greenfield depot 1.0× baseline; multi-station coordination overhead +20%; 24-hr shift availability per TOR §11.4 (productivity unchanged); no-subcontracting on Electronics works (single-team productivity). |
| **A-401** | All prices VAT-inclusive (Email §2 + TOR §3.4). |
| **A-404** | Proposal validity: **6 months from submission** per TOR §11.9 (overrides email's 30-day stipulation). |
| **A-407** | FAT travel cost: **separate BOQ line items** at the bottom of the BOQ per D-016 + Email §1 — FAT-USA-Notifier travel + FAT-Korea-Suprema travel. Customer can adjust at evaluation. |

## Open clarifications (Q-### items)

Open items are tracked in `08-customer-clarifications.md`. Material open Qs at this writing (2026-04-29):
- Q-021 — REC CER L2 switch make/model/IP/VLAN/port (for ICD)
- Q-022 — Civil Contractor identities (multiple per D-017) for ICD coordination
- Q-005 — installation responsibility at depot buildings where ROTEM/Civil supplies panels
- Q-007 — IP-MPLS protocol details (BACnet/IP, SNMP, proprietary?)
- Q-008-Q-024 — see clarifications list

These do not block the bid; bid baseline assumes the assumption-set above and customer can adjust at evaluation per the equivalent-items clause (Email §1).
