Supplier-facing requests for quotation, packaged by category.
Once the BOQ stabilised, I split the materials into supplier-facing RFQ packages — one per category (FDAS, ACS, network, cable, UPS, etc.). Each package is a self-contained brief a vendor can quote against without seeing the rest of the proposal. These come back as supplier prices that refine the BOQ before submission.
