## Drawing-availability triage

Per Operating Principle #10. Single combined per-working-doc table.

| Working doc | Drawing inputs needed | What we have (drawing → measurable) | What we'll measure | What falls back (reasoned typical-range) | Customer-facing implication |
|-------------|-----------------------|--------------------------------------------|--------------------|-------------------------------------------|----------------------------|
| **A2 Equipment takeoff** | Mechanical/Electrical layouts | BMS Points list zone tags + EE-03/06/09/12 panel layouts | Equipment-instance count + zone (BOH, casino, roofdeck, basement) | Per-floor exhaust-fan counts per ECE-12/13/14 (visible but small at 250 DPI) | "Counts per BMS Points list tabulations; locations per EE/ECE backgrounds" |
| **A3 Cable schedule** | Architectural + cable-tray + riser | EE-03/06/09/12 panel locations; ECE-12/13/14 typical-floor risers; EE-24 part 1 power riser; BMS Points list equipment locations | Trunk cables panel-to-panel (EE plan); risers floor-to-floor (ECE typical-floor sheets); plant-room cables (LG/Roofdeck per BMS Points list) | Guestroom-corridor field cables; FCU and per-room cables (typical 35 m) | "Plant-room cables 12 m typical, inter-floor risers 35 m per floor, guestroom-corridor 35 m typical — pending Q-005" |
| **A4 Panel schedule** | Architectural panel siting | EE-03/06/09/12 show panel-room siting; EE-21..23 enumerate load schedules | BMS field-panel locations co-located with EE panel rooms (one per major floor: B1, GF, 2F, 3F, 6-9F typical, 10-11F typical, 12F, Roof Deck) | Per-panel breaker assignments | "Panel locations per EE-03/06/09/12; assume one BMS field panel per zone" |
| **A5 Network architecture** | Architectural shaft routing | EE-24 part 1 + ECE riser typical-floor sheets | Riser shaft path (electrical riser shared); uplink to head-end at Lower Ground / 2F | None significant | "Network architecture per EE-24 + ECE typical-floor risers" |
| **A6 Head-end equipment** | Server room layout | Not provided (head-end room not designated in package) | None | Head-end PC counts per BMS general spec | "Head-end equipment per BMS spec; server-room location pending Q-006" |
| **A7 Power provisions** | EE single-line + Load schedules | EE-21/22/23 (Load Schedules) + EE-24 part 1 | Per-panel circuit IDs available where load schedule columns are legible at higher DPI | Detailed circuit assignments for unlisted floors | "Power provisions per EE-21..24 part 1; full SLD set incomplete" |
| **C2 Coordination** | MEP coordination drawings | Not provided | None | All — assume standard interfaces; flag | |

**Scale calibrations:** A-012 to be raised in 07-assumptions.md once cable measurement starts (Phase 5a). Drawings in EE/ECE bundles include column gridlines (numbered + lettered) on architectural backgrounds — calibration against grid bay = standard 7.5 m bay.

## Gap summary

### Hard gaps (must close before reliable proposal)
- **G-001 (→ Q-002):** Plumbing points list incomplete — domestic water booster, transfer, sump, sewage pumps, water tanks not in package. Affects A1 / A2 / A3 / B4 plumbing scope.
- **G-002 (→ Q-003):** Guestroom HVAC controls scope ambiguous — per-room FCU/thermostat in BMS scope or fit-out? Affects 12 guestroom floors × ~24 rooms typical = ~280 FCU controllers if in scope.
- **G-003 (→ Q-004):** Required completion date / project schedule not stated. Drives mobilization, manpower loading, T&C window.
- **G-004 (→ Q-005):** Architectural / mechanical layout drawings not provided. Cable measurement bounded to EE/ECE backgrounds.

### Soft gaps (assumption-absorbable)
- **G-101 (→ Q-001):** Confirm "Rehabilitation" cover-letter wording vs. drawing evidence (greenfield). See D-002.
- **G-102 (→ Q-006):** Server-room / head-end-PC location not designated. Assume Lower Ground IT room.
- **G-103 (→ Q-007):** Hotel PMS integration scope. Assume out of base scope; price as option.
- **G-104 (→ Q-008):** Casino-floor CO sensors at return air (regulator-driven). Assume 1 CO sensor per casino-serving AHU/DOAS return.
- **G-105 (→ Q-009):** EE-24 Power Riser part 2 missing; full EE set (EE-01..-20 unrevised sheets) not in package. Confirm BMS-only-relevant panels.
- **G-106 (→ Q-010):** BMS-04 sheet referenced but not provided. Confirm content.
- **G-107 (→ Q-011):** PPCAS-14 relocation markup ("IMPLEMENT OR NOT?") on EE-09. Confirm before sizing 2F BMS field controllers.
- **G-108 (→ Q-012):** Brand approvals — Megaworld customer-kb is STUB. Confirm Siemens for BMS / Dell for PCs or substitute.
- **G-109 (→ Q-013):** Working hours / site access constraints. Assume normal daytime.
- **G-110 (→ Q-014):** Commercial terms (currency, payment, warranty, retention, taxes). Assume PHP / 30-day / 1-year warranty / 10% retention / 12% VAT.
- **G-111 (→ Q-015):** ECE-05, ECE-06 missing (likely GF Aux + 2F FDAS). Aux/FDAS routing may run in shared shafts with BMS — confirm.

### Reference gaps
- **G-201:** Customer-preferred BOQ template format. Assume our standard.
- **G-202:** FAT location preference. Assume Manila workshop.

## Recommendation to user

> The package is sufficient to draft a credible proposal. The four hard gaps (G-001 plumbing scope, G-002 guestroom-controls scope, G-003 schedule, G-004 architectural drawings) should be raised to Megaworld in parallel with proposal preparation. Phase 5a will measure cable routes against the EE/ECE sheets where they cover the plant-room and BOH zones, and apply reasoned typical-range fallbacks per Operating Principle #11 for the guestroom-corridor and typical-floor cables that the package's drawings do not depict at full sheet detail.
