## Notes / risks

- **Dependency on Q-013** — customer milestone schedule must be confirmed; if substantial completion is required earlier than week 30, accelerate via parallel cabling crews (raises B4 by ~10–15 %).
- **Procurement lead** is the longest leg (12 wk for switchgear/server-grade kit). Mitigation: place long-lead orders within week 4 of PO.
- **Casino BMS scope risk** — if Q-003 reverses, scope and schedule reduce by ~10 % (1 panel, ~25 points, ~2 week of programming/T&C effort).
