# Instance: 6.1–6.3 — Training & Handover

WBS leaves: 6.1 operator training, 6.2 admin/super-user, 6.3 handover + DLP

## Project-specific values (per `A-010`, pending Q-016)

- **Operator training:** 2 days × 6 trainees, on-site at handover. Topics: alarm console use, operator-adjustable setpoints, schedule editing, runtime/alarm/trend report generation, basic graphics navigation.
- **Admin/super-user training:** 1 day × 2 trainees. Topics: user management, point-add/disable, graphics-page mock-up, backup/restore, audit-log review, basic troubleshooting.
- **Training material:** binder with system overview, sequence descriptions, alarm list, operator quick-reference; soft-copy on USB.
- **Handover deliverables:** as-built drawings, O&M binder (paper + soft-copy), 1× set spare-parts (option per WBS 7.3), warranty certificate (12 months per `A-015`).
- **DLP:** 12-month defect liability period commencing at substantial completion.

- Training: 1× lump (3 days on-site + prep).
- Handover: 1× lump (documentation + owner walkthrough).
