## Project-specific values

- **Test items (per B3):** 450 — 178 hr, 22 person-days.
- **Pre-commissioning:** continuity test on all ~100 cable runs; megger test 500 V on all power feeds; panel power-up + I/O module health check.
- **P2P:** every one of 474 I/O points end-to-end signal verification; record sheet per BMS-01 spec template (assumed per `A-009`, pending Q-019).
- **Functional testing:** sequence-of-operations validation per BMS-03 + Description-of-Operations: chiller stage-up/down, AHU temperature reset, DOAS damper modulation, CT staged fan control, boiler firing-rate modulation, Hot-water recirculation control.
- **Integrated testing:** cross-system interlocks (e.g., AHU CHW valve modulation tied to chiller plant load), alarm propagation to head-end, schedule-based start/stop, energy report generation.
- **Owner SAT:** 1 week — per BMS-01 acceptance criteria.
- **As-built drawings:** updated panel layouts, cable schedule with as-installed lengths from `verification.corrected_length_m` (per Principle F audit-view workflow), network as-built.
- **O&M binder:** per BMS-01 spec — equipment data sheets, panel layouts, sequence descriptions, alarm list, training material.

## Quantities driving BOQ

- T&C hours: 178 hr direct + ~80 hr documentation = ~258 hr.
- Crew: 1× CE + 1× TE during P2P (per D2 weeks 23–29).
