## Project-specific values

- **Total cable length (per A3):** 2,832 m
  - Field cables: 96 cables (avg ~26 m × 96 ≈ 2,500 m)
  - Network drops: 12 cables × ~30 m ≈ 360 m
  - Trunks (riser): 6 × ~80 m ≈ 480 m
  - MS/TP backbone: 1 × 330 m
  - Power feeds: 11 × 18–35 m ≈ 220 m
- **Cable specs per A3:**
  - 4C × 1.5 mm² shielded FRLS (BMS signal — sensors)
  - 4C × 1.5 mm² FRLS (equipment aux + ME-supplied)
  - Cat6 4P × 23 AWG U/UTP FRLS (BACnet/IP)
  - Modbus shielded twisted-pair 1pr × 22 AWG (power meters + BTU meter trunks)
  - BACnet MS/TP shielded twisted-pair 1pr × 22 AWG low-cap (panel-controller backbone)
  - 3C × 2.5 mm² FRLS (240 V panel power feed)
  - OS2 single-mode fiber 4-strand (riser fiber backbone)
- **Containment per `A-019`:** BMS Contractor scope — perforated cable tray (galvanized steel) for trunks; rigid PVC conduit for short drops; flexible conduit for terminations.
- **Spare:** 15 % spare on cable BOQ + 10 % spare on conductor count per cable (A-020).
- **Measured vs. typical-range (per OP #11 / A3-route-lengths.yaml):** 18 cables measured (plant-room same-room context); 89 cables on per-context typical-range fallback (8 typical_ranges defined).
