## Project-specific values

- **Plumbing equipment instances (per A2):** 8 — calorifiers (LG + Roofdeck), HW headers (LG), heat pumps (LG + Roofdeck), recirculating pumps (3 — 2× LG + 1× Roofdeck).
- **BMS-supplied instrumentation (per C1):**
  - 2× calorifier tank temperature sensors (immersion, brass thermowell)
  - 3× HW header temperature sensors (supply, return, make-up cold)
- **Equipment-supplier auxiliary contacts:** pump status/HOA/trip on all 5 pumps (heat pumps + recirculating).
- **Plumbing Contractor scope:** sensor pockets in piping, calorifier physical install, heat-pump/pump install.

## Quantities driving BOQ

- Sensors per above (~5 BMS-side instruments).
- Cable per A3 — ~3 cables (HW pumps grouped on one Equipment-Supplier cable per equipment instance).
- Manhours per B4 — ~25 hr.
