## Project-specific values

- **Project duration:** 32 weeks per D1 (8 months — pending Q-013).
- **Office-based engineering effort:** ~430 hr (PE + DE per D2 wk 1–8 = ~280 hr; ongoing PM through wk 32 = ~150 hr).
- **Site supervision:** ~620 hr (SP wk 13–32 per D2).
- **FAT:** week 14–15 of D1, at BMS Contractor's facility — head-end + 1 sample panel + 10% representative I/O loops.
- **Submittals:** material data sheets for ~30 distinct equipment lines + panel layouts + cable schedule + network architecture.
- **Mobilization:** site office, lay-down area (per BMS Contractor standard). Tooling + safety setup for 7-person peak crew per D2.

## Quantities driving BOQ

- 1× project lump sum (PE + DE + SP + admin).
- 1× FAT lump sum.
- 1× mobilization lump sum.
- ~22 + 15.5 + 15.5 = 53 person-weeks office/site supervision per D2.
