## Category 10 — Bonds + Insurance — `RFQ-10-bonds-insurance.md`

**Sourcing:** SMC's preferred surety panel (typically: Pacific Cross Insurance, Fortune General Insurance, BPI/MS Insurance, Standard Insurance — verify SMC list at NTP) + all-risk insurance broker
**Items:**
- Advance Payment Bond (full advance amount, per TOR §11.6.1)
- Performance Bond (20% of Contract Price, valid until Taking-Over Date)
- Warranty Bond (10% of Contract Price, valid 2 years per TOR §10)
- All-risk + third-party + workmen's-compensation insurance for 180 CD coverage
