## Quotation Requirements

- **Currency:** PHP (Philippine Peso) — local distributor pricing
- **Validity:** Six (6) months from quotation date (firm)
- **Compliance:** UL-294 compliant; brand new; manufacturer's certificate of origin (NOT China-origin per project requirement)
- **Equivalent items:** Nearest functional equivalent acceptable; deviation must be noted on the quotation

## Notes

- **Factory Acceptance Test:** SMC MRT7, DOTr representative, and Bidder will witness FAT at Suprema facility prior to delivery. Distributor to coordinate FAT scheduling with Suprema factory (Seongnam) ahead of PO release. State FAT-window availability with quotation.
- **PO release window:** Anticipated June 2026 (post-NTP).
- **Delivery target:** within 90 days from PO.
- **Software perpetual license** required per BOQ specification (no subscription model).
